Default Duel Wield Weapons for Warrior: Please Read Suggestion

Okay, I know this may be a repetitive topic, but I know that many people have been wanting this option.
Though it may be late to implement Guild Wars, maybe not, maybe it could work for GW2 though I have absolutely no idea on how the attributes work there.
Here's the idea (for Guild Wars 1):
Though this may kind of be a bit screwy with the game, I was just thinking there could be an extra attribute for the warrior, that the warrior can only have. Just call it Duel Wielding.
But, you guys may think, oh god, two weapons? That's power to the max.
We all know that for example, two max damage swords would be a godly amount of damage, especially with duel strike Final Thrust. Eekers.....
Well, why not set the maximum attributes for Duel Wield to 5 or 6 so that you can't hold two godly weapons. If you're confused on the attribute part, here's a better explanation:
Like swordsmanship, or axe mastery, you have attributes... Well, the Duel Wield attributes would work like that. If you have 5 attributes on Duel Wield, you can effectively wield a requirement 5 swordsmanship/axe mastery weapon.
Also, the second weapon should be a 35% decrease in damage since I don't think our right handed characters can fight as well left handed... (They should also enable a left hand option too... But that's another suggestion).
But why such a big number in reduced damage? Well, first of all, like a shield, you can mod it, well for shield it's inscriptions, but you can put an inscription on the weapon and put two other mods to it.
Examples...
Since I like axes, I'll use axes.
Primary Axe (Let's say the green weapon, Wing Axe or some zealous one)
Requirement 9 Axe Mastery
6-28 slashing damage
15^50
Zealous Axe Aft 1/-1
Axe Grip of Fortitude +30

Secondary... (Let's say it's a piercing axe)
Requirement 5 Axe Mastery
5-15 Piercing damage
+5 Armor (while health is above 50%)
Cruel Axe Aft (Lengthens Deep Wound by 33%)
Axe Grip of Fortitude +29 (well, you're not gonna find perfect mods for the secondary are you?)

Well, the secondary set up can definitely be better. It could have a defense mod (+5 armor) to make up for the shield. But yeah. It deals damage unlike a shield. Also you can setup something good. I mean, i like deep wound and keeping it on for 33% longer, that's cool. A shield can't do that.
Also, I would prefer no runes for duel wielding. But if any, make only a minor rune.
The only problem about this will be...
What's the extra attribute on the other classes... Uh oh....
Well, technically, the Warrior has the least amount of attributes to be distributed about. Sure there's the 3 weapons, but we only choose one making it 3 primary attributes we use, unless if you put stuff into other attributes. But yeah...
Howdy Ho! That's my suggestion. I don't think many will say sign... But it's an idea that people wanted!

ADDED:
Oh yeah, this should only work on Melee weapons only. Duel wielding spears doesn't make sense, neither does duel wielding wands.

ADDED #2:
Then, if you're making a PvP character... Tough noogies on getting a req 5 weapon through the general equipment. Back to PvE!

ADDED #3:
Goodness I keep on thinking about things. Duel Wielding would probably get you double adrenaline. So uuuuhhh.... Make it where the primary deals 15% less, or just make the secondary deal damage, but no adrenaline gain.

You'd have to come up with an attribute for every other class to even things out.

Why wouldn't dual wands work? Yes it's dual, not duel.

Anet already has a standard dual wielder and system for it with assassins.

Save it for GW2, it'll screw with balance too much. Far too much.

hehe, oops, my bad on spelling

and warrior would technically only have 3 attributes unless you have some fetish with having enough attributes for a sword and an axe.....

i would prefer this idea if it was like how the assassins dual wield weapons, with a bit extra damage than 1 sword/axe etc(because you sacrifice armour for more damage) and stats that don't stack on both weapons being wielded and on only 1 of them like with assassins. There shouldn't haveto be any new attribute added because you can make them just require the normal masteries.

i do think it's an idea for GW2 aswell because of balancing issues
